As we Lead the Experience Designer for this event, we played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for both delegates and the general public at this major global climate change event. Given that the app was a new platform for the event, extensive information architecture (IA) work and user testing were conducted within a short timeframe to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
